Luna Li Toronto-based Korean-Canadian singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer. Beginning in 2020 and continuing into 2021, during the early months of the COVID-19 epidemic, she rose to viral renown on TikTok through the famous “jams” loops she posted online, culminating in the release of her Jams EP on February 5th, 2021, to viral success.

She began playing the piano at the age of five and the violin at the age of seven. She has almost fourteen years of classical music training but is now sometimes known as the Garage Rock Princess. She attended the Classical Music Conservatory in Toronto and McGill Conservatory in Toronto for one semester, when she began composing her own music. She released her debut album, Moon Garden, under the moniker Veins in 2015. The Deli has referred to her music as a “dreamy trip over some gorgeous tunes and tragic lyrics.”

In 2016, she completed a program in Independent Musical Production at Seneca. In 2017, Luna Li was born, and they have since released two videos, Opal Angel and Star Stuff, for which Hannah won the SOCAN Music Award for Young Singer-Songwriters.
