Old Dominion is a country music group from the United States that got started in Nashville, Tennessee. Their music is contemporary country with rock instruments and pop-sounding parts. Old Dominion shows that they are not your typical country band by mixing old-fashioned country charm, witty lyrics, and rock ‘n’ roll edge into radio-friendly, hook-heavy pop nuggets. The band has become one of the most popular new country bands by combining clever lyrics with an upbeat sound.

The music was catchy. Old Dominion’s song “One Man Band” won Song of the Year at the 2020 Academy of Country Music Awards.

The band was originally created to perform music that each band member had composed individually. Matthew Ramsey is the lead singer, Trevor Rosen plays guitar and keyboards, Whit Sellers plays drums, Geoff Sprung plays bass guitar, and Brad Tursi plays guitar (guitar).
